TO: ALL SQUADRON ADJUTANTS

The Sons of The American Legion, Detachment of Indiana announces that bids are now being taken from all Squadrons interested in hosting the 2011 SONS of THE AMERICAN LEGION STATE GOLF TOURNAMENT.

The Detachment Athletic Committee wishes to hold the 2011 tournament on June 4, 2011. The tournament will be an 18-hole event.

Squadrons that wish to bid on the 2011 Tournament must submit their bids using the official TOURNAMENT BID FORM enclosed. Bids must contain information on cart rentals, green fees and lunch.

IMPORTANT: ALL bids must be at Detachment Headquarters by September 1, 2010. Any bids received after this date will not be considered.
