Flags to be flown at half-staff for the passing of Sen. Robert Byrd

2 Jul 2010As a mark of respect for the memory and longstanding service of Senator Robert C. Byrd, President Obama has ordered that the United States flag be displayed at half-staff through July 3, returned to full staff on July 4, and back to half-staff until sunset on the day of Senator Byrd’s interment, July 6.
